Serving in the Peace Corps is a great way to immerse yourself in a new culture, learn a new language, and make a lasting impact. Join us at this information session to learn about Volunteer experiences, ask questions about service, and gain tips to guide you through the application process.

These opportunities are great for all majors! Seniors are highly encouraged to apply now and begin their Peace Corps journey in summer or fall of next year. Juniors, sophomores, and freshmen are also welcome to attend the session to learn more.

The Peace Corps is a service opportunity for motivated changemakers to immerse themselves in a community abroad, working side by side with local leaders to tackle pressing challenges. Since 1961, Peace Corps Volunteers have been at the forefront of efforts to promote world peace and friendship by addressing critical needs in education, health, environment, agriculture, and more. Operating in over 60 countries, the Peace Corps empowers volunteers to make a lasting impact while gaining a deeper understanding of diverse cultures and global perspectives.

Opportunities are available in over 60 countries, where Peace Corps Volunteers are using their purpose, passion, and skills to work in partnership with welcoming host communities.

For students in Maryland, feel free to reach out to your local recruiter for guidance through the application process.
