The UMBC Community Read book selection for school year 2021-22 is “We Speak For Ourselves”.

We invite all UMBC and surrounding Baltimore area community members to participate in our events based on themes discussed in this important book.

Local author D. Watkins will join the UMBC community for a virtual keynote and discussion of his book.
